A Study On De-administration In Higher Vocational College

Since the 21^th century,higher vocational education has been in a flourishing period.Recently,higher vocational colleges hold half sky of higher education.The higher vocational college,which sponsored by local government but entangled with it as well,has become the worst–hit area of bureaucratization.This issue deeply violates the original vocation education spirit,which defined as taking employment as direction,multi-participation,industry experts manage school,endowed with higher vocational college.Bureaucratization in higher vocational college has been common and long while De-administration needs new methods.Taking De-administration as an opportunity to establish scientific and efficient higher vocational college management system brook no delay.To drive De-Bureaucracy and to build modern higher vocational management systems so as to improve our higher vocational education teaching quality as well as a significant measure to promote its sustainable and healthy development.There is a misunderstanding of De-administration.The essence is to remove bureaucratization ideology instead of removing administration management and administration grade.De-administration in higher vocational college varies from that in undergraduate college,because higher vocational college focuses not only on vocation education,but also diploma education.Thus,De-administration must be close to higher vocational college features.This paper takes bureaucratization status existed in some of Jiangxi higher vocational colleges as research case,reference research in addition,aims at Bureaucracy matters existed in domestic higher vocational college internal management process,makes an objective analysis in respects of the causes,manifestations and its disadvantages.Then,it draws lessons from advanced experiences and inspirations of higher vocational education management in developed countries to give pertinently following solutions.1.The CPC brings supervision and safeguard to full play.2.Remodeling the role of government,innovating management thoughts to ensure school running subject position.3.Revolute higher vocational college's inner management pattern,organization setting,personnel system,school running mechanism.Only in this way can we promote a scientific development of higher vocational college and serve domestic economic construction.
