To Constructs Harmonious Social By The Community Sports The Value

The sixteenth conference of our Party has proposed the mission of building a socialist harmonious, and then to get a full range of socialist harmonious is becoming the major strategic initiatives. From the sports development of our country, it requires us to actively promote the development of our community sport. Because that the community sports as a mass sport, can actively participate in building a harmonious socialist society for our country. It is mainly manifested in the follows: (1) the community sports can participate in promoting the harmony among human beings; (2) the community sports can participate in promoting the harmony among human beings and the society; (3) the community sports can participate in promoting the harmony among human beings and the city; (4) the community sports can participate in promoting the harmony of the human beings itself. And the harmony among human beings,the harmony among human beings and the society, the harmony among human beings and the city, as well as the harmony of the human beings itself are the key integral part of building harmonious society. Based on the theoretical foundation, this paper studied the community sports of South Lake Gardens Community of WuChang District. With the reference to the relevant information through the inspection and investigation, the paper outlined the basic conditions of community sports in the district. In detail, it includes: (1) the status of the organization and management system; (2) the basic situation of the community residents taking part in the community sports activities; (3) the status of the implementation of community Sports. In addition, the paper applied some chart to make the relevant data explicit. Then, the paper analysed the shortages and inadequacies that appeared among the implementation of the community sports of South Lake Gardens Community. That is, (1) lacking of effective organization and management system; (2) the awareness of participating the community sports among the residents is Weak; (3) the facilities imbalance of community sports; (4) the immature development of the community sports industry. Finally, as to the above shortages and inadequacies, the paper carried out the corresponding countermeasures to improve the construction, there are: (1) improving the community sports organization and management of the South Lake Gardens Community; (2) training the residents awareness of taking part in the community sports; (3) reasonably planning construction of community sports facilities; (4) further expand the community sports fund-raising channels. And so, with a view to the adoption of these specific measures to establish a better system of community-based sports service system.
