Athletics Sports Development Generalized Analysis Evaluation System Research Of The County,City And State Of Hubei Province

China's successfully holding the Olympic Games in 2008 has greatly improved China's international status and fame, and it has also helped to spread Chinese traditional brilliant culture widely, which fully displays the superiority of socialism and the great achievements since China carried out the Reform and Open policy. Meanwhile, the success of the Olympic Games in Beijing has also promoted the full development of China's competitive sports and people's sports, enhanced the cooperation and communication on sports between China and other countries, offered a chance for people to propagandize and display Olympic Games and communicate on it, and made contribution to the development of the world's sports. Besides, it has also promoted the development of the economy in Beijing or even nationwide and also the whole society has developed; it has accelerated the forming process of all-dimensional, multitiered and wide-ranging opening pattern; it has also layed the groundwork for our great national rejuvenation. In this situation, Hubei Province takes the opportunity of the 2008 Beijing"Olympic Games Effect"to promote the development of the provicial sports, so that our provincial competitive sports can be put a step forward.The purpose of this research: to build a comprehensive evaluating system on competitive sports in counties, cities, states of Hubei Province, to display the status quo, problems and conflicts of competitive sports in some special places of our province, to promote the development of the competitive sports in different regions, to promote an all-round, concerted and balanced development in competitive sports of our province, to provide related functional governments with precise and objective feedback information, to supervise and promote the carrying out the strategy of sustainable development of competitive sports, to improve the macroscopic readjustment and control of the government on competitive sports, to enhance the standardization, scientization and democratization of the development of competitive sports in counties, cities and states.The approach of this research: based on the development of the competitive sports in counties, cities and states of Hubei Province, this dissertation analyzes the development of competitive sports in counties, cities and states of Hubei Province systematically, roundly and objectively with the approach of literature documents, questionaire survey, level analysis, and mathematics statistics. And the results are as follows:1) Carries on the explanation to athletics sports definition, and carries on the limits to its structure.2)Constructs the Hubei Province athletics sports development quality synthetic evaluation third-level indicator system.3)Determination all levels of target relative weight.4)Formulates the Hubei Province athletics sports development quality synthetic evaluation standard and the method.
