On Education Of Entrepreneurship Preparation Of University Students

Education of entrepreneurship of university students has been being paid closely attention more and more these years ,because of the phenomenon of the difficulties for the university students to be in employment. It is very significant to develop the economy, increase the opportunities of the employment, and accelerate conversion of the scientific and technological achievements by promoting the education of entrepreneurship of university students. It is the requirement to conform to the development of international trend as well as the call of the times.Comparative study shows that, by comparing with the development of the foreign education of entrepreneurship, related practice in our country has started lately, and it's still not systematic and institutionalized. To establish the scientific and reasonable system of the education of entrepreneurship of university students is the major challenges for our country to face nowadays. This article has given the advices for enriching system of the education of entrepreneurship of university students by analyzing the current situation of the education of entrepreneurship of university students and studying the successful experience of foreign education of entrepreneurship of university students. We should strengthen the study of education of entrepreneurship preparation of university students. Because the entrepreneurship preparation is the aggregation process of the material and spiritual force which are experienced by the entrepreneurs before they get into the practice of the entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurship preparation lays the material and thought foundation for the entrepreneurs in future. The entrepreneurship preparation can help entrepreneurs to clarify entrepreneurship direction, find the right the entrepreneurship aim, hold the opportunities actively, decide immediately, and carry out the plans. So if entrepreneurship preparation is full or not plays the decisive role to the entrepreneurs success and failure.This article starts with basic theories of education of entrepreneurship, and uses the ways of document, comparison, and induction. Second part is the current situation of the education of entrepreneurship preparation, and it analyzes education of entrepreneurship in the education of employment, and the problems and reasons of the education of entrepreneurship preparation.Third part is the content of the education of entrepreneurship preparation. This article thought the education of entrepreneurship preparation should consist of the choice of the entrepreneurship projects, the scheme of the entrepreneurship plan, the organization of entrepreneurship financing, the combination of entrepreneurship team, the preparation of entrepreneurship psychology, the avoidance of the entrepreneurship risk.Forth part is choice of the countermeasures in the education of entrepreneurship preparation. This article gave some advices which are replace the concept of education, the national and social policy safeguard, and the establishment of complete and effective system of the education of entrepreneurship preparation to solve the current situation of the education of entrepreneurship preparation and establish scientific and reasonable system of education of entrepreneurship preparation of university students.
