Entrepreneurship education is a new education concept which was proposed by western countries in the late 1970s. The purpose of this education is to foster the innovative talents who possess the entrepreneurial awareness, pioneering spirit and entrepreneurial ability. It is a new form of education, against the traditional concept, modes and methods of oppressive individuality education. It gives special requirements to schools and teachers during their teaching process, asking them to pay great attention to cultivating the innovative awareness and abilities among students. Besides, it asks the students to fully display their personalities and abilities, to independently identify problems, to think and solve them. Thus, it can be much easier for students to step into society and start their own businesses after the graduation. Thus, we can draw a conclusion that the goal of entrepreneurship education is to foster the innovative talents who will possess the entrepreneurial awareness, pioneering spirit and entrepreneurial ability for the society. In recent years, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of university graduates in our country. Apart from this, the global financial crisis caused by the American "subprime" mortgage crisis has exerted terrible effects on our national economy. Therefore, it can be predicted that there will be more unprecedented challenges for the employment of our college graduates in the next few years. Faced with this situation, government, schools, enterprises and all walks of society should be responsible for solving this problem in joint effort. According to this, the first and foremost task should be a positive change in thinking, setting the concept "being employed based on entrepreneurship" to be an important policy, for promoting employment of graduates. Given this thought, universities and colleges can not just be limited to training students to land jobs, but to cultivate them into creative talents who can adapt to the needs of society initiatively and explore the employment opportunities actively, which has very important realistic meaning and far-reaching historical significance.
