With the continuous advance and in-depth of the new curriculum, the development of science literacy of students has become the purport of modern science education. As an important component of science literacy, the nature and value of science has become the focus of science education. Letting the students have a correct understanding of the nature and value of science is showing them the true science, which requires the teachers'teaching behavior accept the guide of scientific philosophy reasonably. This paper select an important part of teaching behavior-teaching language to be the subject of this study, using the method of literature analysis, setting out from the theory of scientific philosophy, scientific epistemology, scientific methodology and the theory of chemical philosophy, according to the current situation of teachers'language in the class of chemistry in middle schools, the writer rised the character of description, explanation and evaluation which reflected the true science, with the purpose to optimize the chemistry teachers'teaching language.Four main parts are included in this paper, and here are the content and achievement of each:The introduction of this paper give a brief introduction on the origin of the study, the existed direct of the study and the research ideas.The second part is the basis of the study, this part briefly describes the base of this research-scientific philosophy, and classified the teaching language in the chemistry classes.The third part of this paper is main of this article, the writer set the focus on the description, explanation and evaluation which can reflect the true science, for different content of each language, the writer rised the character of description and explanation which reflected the true science and the main aspect of application of evaluation which appraise students'inquiry ability.Finally, according to the content of the study, the writer summarized and pointed out the remaining issues and shortcomings of this article.
