Along with the implementation of the new curriculum and increasing education theory,student evaluation, especially those in day-to-day teaching have attracted increasing attention.Perspectives such as"Combination of evaluation and teaching","evaluation penetrates each link of the teaching activities"and"Integration of teaching and evaluation"reveal the relationship of teaching and evaluation profoundly. Teachers improve the quality of teaching through the implementation of evaluation activities.This research bases on relevant research results at home and abroad and evaluation of classroom teaching status. evaluation behavior of chemistry teachers in classroom under the guidance of the concept of"Integration of teaching and evaluation"is concerned to provide reference for chemistry teachers.There are five parts in this research:The first section is Introduction, and in this part, Research questions have been raised, The purpose of the study ,Research significance and Research ideas are determined, simultaneously literature Analysis and Interview survey are used as main Research Methods.The second part is The theoretical basis for research. The author defines the concept of"Integration of teaching and evaluation"through literature . research about teaching evaluation Behavior are summaried. This part paves the way for follow-up research which conduct specific studies on teacher evaluation.The third section is the main body of this paper. In this part, the process of chemistry teachers'evaluation behavior in classroom are designed under the guidance of the concept of"Integration of teaching and evaluation".First of all, designing chemistry teaching program; Then classifying evaluation behavior in classroom into three categories: Collection of information ;Value judgments on the information; Feedback on Evaluation results. At the same time, analyzing Security system which is made to ensure the realization of the effective implementation of teacher Evaluation behavior in classroom. Two problems are solved in these parts: how to combine student assessment and the entire teaching process; how to apply student assessment into chemistry teaching appropriatly.The fourth section is Conclusions and recommendations. This part Sums up the conclusion of the study, and makes recommendations on teaching evaluation from both schools and teachers.The fifth section is the limitations and prospects of this paper. This part points out the shortcomings of this study and Proposes areas for further research.
