High school physics curriculum requires the new teaching and learning activities call for teachers to become researchers and reflecters, in addition, developing the ability of reflection in teaching is an important task for modern teachers in education. Nowadays, in spite of there being many more theories of teaching reflection, few examples of physics teaching reflection exist. Through the sample survey, the situation of Wenzhou high school physics teaching reflection is learned. Based on the practical physics teaching, practical exploration of reflections has been being carried out in two ways of studying personal refective diaries and action research with the integrated use of teaching recording, demostration class, group assessment and so on. Find better teaching reflective methods to meet suitable physical characteristics of subjects and teachers'pratical situation, furthermore, improe classroom teaching, and promote their own professional growth of teachers.
