Since the 80's of 20th century, researches on teacher-reflection and teacher's practical knowledge has become a hot issue in the international education sector.The Reflective-teaching and teacher's practical knowledge has an important role in teacher professional development. As a way of thinking, reflection can effectively promote practical knowledge of teachers from implicit to explicit,and also can make it continuously build and upgrade.Reflective diary as the most commonly used and the most basic method of a variety of reflective methods, there is no doubt that it has the same effection in promoting the development of teacher's practical knowledge.The purpose of this study based on action research, integrated used case studies, literature research, participant observation and interviews, mainly researched on strategy to enhance the practical knowledge of early childhood teachers through reflective diary .The thesis includes four parts:First, show problem. This article described the research background, and has a brief clarification of the reflective diary and teacher's practical knowledge, pointing out the important value of reflective diary to kindergarten teachers through reflective diary,and it reveals the significance of this article.Second, from the individual perspective of kindergarten teacher,this charpter reasearched the strategies that kindergarten teacher as reflective diary for vector to accumulate practical knowledge.Firstly, "issue" as a starting point for reflection diary; Secondly, grasp the steps and elements of writing of reflective diary; Thirdly, based on the structure of teacher's practicall knowledge, to enrich the contents of the reflective diary.Third, from the collective of kindergarten teachers, this charpter reasearched the strategies that kindergarten teacher as reflective diary for case to enhance the practical knowledge.Firstly, collective discussion to build a reflective learning community; Secondly,the case analysis to promote teacher reflection into depth.Fourth, from the whole kindergarten perspective, studied that kindergarten should provied system protection to promot teacher's practicall knowledge Kindergartenshould establish the training system,the evaluation, incentives, monitoring and related services mechanisms about reflective diary.
