| With the new curriculum reformation and quality education being gradually implemented, teachers focus more on the practice of reflective teaching and promotion. It has become a hot topic among the contemporary educational experts regarding how to use reflective teaching to improve the quality of teaching.This paper introduces the current research situation of reflective teaching across the world. The author puts forward the theory of reflective teaching in high school physics based on the theoretical basis of reflective teaching and years of teaching practice, which includes the definition, the essential characteristics and the basic principles of reflective teaching in high school physics. After completing a comprehensive survey within the high school teachers and students in Wuxi, this paper illustrates four basic components of reflective teaching model in high school physics: 1. Explore Reflection Motivation; 2, Propose Strategy; 3 Implement Strategy; 4, Evaluate and Comment. Last but not least, the theory is applied in real life of teaching practice. Practice shows that the reflective teaching model is an effective teaching mode with competitively strong operational and practical. |
