At present, the study of common laws in CEE is very limited, and even though there is, it is quite rough and not systematic.This research seeks to summarize the common laws in high school mathematics through the study of the papers of CEE, so as to alleviate the burden of the students and improve their abilities to solve the problem, which is also beneficial to daily teaching. The method of this research is understanding the theories and research results in practice related to common laws and the common laws used in present review of CEE basing on quantities of literature and interviews with front-line teachers; The research concludes that, in recent years in CEE (papers of nation, province and new-curriculum-tested area), all the questions can be settled by common laws. According to the categories of the questions, the text summarizes four main common laws on micro-level. If we can sort out the numerous mathematics problems and deal with them by different common laws, our review of CEE can be more easily and effectively.
