The socialized rear service reform of higher educational institutions is a strategic choice conforming to the reform and development in higher education. In the socialized process of university logistics, the leadership of team managers is crucial for greater breadth and depth of social logistics reform. As part of teambuilding, construction of team leader's management seeks to maximize the wisdom and potential of team members, to improve teamwork efficiency in rapidly changing circumstances, and to strengthen sustainable competition and service abilities of logistics teams.Based on theories of leadership and teamwork, the thesis designs questionnaires for model university's logistical leadership and teamwork efficiency; Taking 126 effective investigations as samples, in the form of open questionnaire, personal interview, statistic description of testing independent Sample T and one-factor analysis of variance, it makes a four-dimension empirical study of university team managers' motivating power, teambuilding ability, team-communicating capability and decision-making competence as well as existing teamwork efficiency. Therefore, the thesis comes to the following conclusions:1. There exists an overall low level of leadership among logistic team leaders in higher education, which results from the following reasons: self-positioning multiplicity of logistics teams leads to goal-setting uncertainty by team leaders; Effective motivating mechanisms have not been established by logistics team leaders; Logistics team leaders haven't taken full consideration of diverse requirements of managers at different posts in the process of implementing stimulus; Logistics team leaders lack real-time communication for inside or outside information; Team leaders are inclined to ask for instructions and orders, and render poor decision-making ability.2. There are distinct differences about teamwork efficiency recognized among university logistics managers.3. There is remarkable correlation between management of team leaders, their four-dimension abilities and teamwork efficiency.Integrated with realities, the thesis puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the leadership of logistics team leaders in university, motivating functions to build up logistic team objectives, respect of diversity and enhancement of cooperation, active cultivation of teamwork spirits, reinforcement of all-round real-time communication for information, emphasis of system guarantee, etc..
