On The Research Of Socialization Reform Of Rear Service In Institution Of High Education In Chongqing Municipality

The rear service of high education is the basis and guarantee of other services. The high education and the rear service system can't be separated. When it becomes a key problem like " neck of bottle", it restricts the development of the institutions of higher education. The rear service of the institution of higher education should be in line with the social circumstance, should have its feet firmly planted in the institution of higher education and keep in view the society. It should insist the socialist road, survive and develop in the frame of socialist market economy. Based no the analyses of the socialization reforms of rear service of the institutions of higher education in other provinces, this paper summarizes the practice and achievements of socialization reform of rear service of the institution in ChongQing, and points out some disadvantages. It presents the countermeasure to propel the socialization reform of rear service of the institution in accordance with the trend of development of rear service in 21st century. There are six countermeasures as follows, based on eight basic principles. First, unifying the thinking. Second, insisting the mode in which the government takes main charge and the institution is mainly in charge of rear service. Third, reforming the former relative systems. Fourth, strengthen the army of socialization reform of rear service of institution of high education . Fifth, developing the trans-school, trans-region and trans-trade rear service groups. Sixth, strengthen the management of student dormitory .Seventh, propelling the reform in line with local conditions and local institutions.The dissertation is divided into four parts:Part one presents the problems through analyzing the background , necessity and objective proof of socialization reform of rear service of institution of high education.Part two briefly introduces the present situation of socialization reform of rear service of institution of high education in some other provinces.Part three raises the questions through the analysis of the present situation of socialization reform of rear service of institution of high education in Chongqing municipality.Part four bring about some suggestions for the socialization reform of rear service of institution of high education in Chongqing municipality in accordance with the trend of development of rear service in 21st century.
