On Mao Zedong's Ideology On Talent

In order to learn and comprehend Mao Zedong's theory on talent further,we must firmly establish the strategic role of talents in the reform and opening up and socialist modernization drive and the thoughts of talents should serve economic construction,we must firmly implement the idea of ' respecting knowledge and talented people ' and the idea that educating and training talents should be placed on our development agenda as a strategic priority,we must provide an institutional guarantee for the personnel construction through deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system,we must strengthen the leading body-building,in particular, strengthen the training and selection of the young cadres with firm belief to ensure the cause of the Party and people will be carried forward which is also the essence of Mao Zedong's theory on talent.
