The research about the sense of teaching efficacy, job lassitude and self-esteem and other researches are still at the late start stage in our country. There are few researches about these three aspects of PE teachers in colleges and universities in sports psychology field, that the majority concentrated in the small and Primary and secondary school teachers. Based on the above considerations, this study mainly reveals the current situation and characteristics about the PE teachers of universities in Hebei schools about the sense of teaching efficacy, job lassitude and self-esteem, and expects to catch the attention of the educational management department, school leaders and teachers on the teacher's teaching and mental health issues.The research tools are "Teaching Efficacy Scale" by Yu Guoliang and other people, "Professional Lassitude Scale" by Maslach, "Self-esteem Scale" by Rosenberg in 1965.The study selected PE teachers and non-PE teachers randomly as subjects in Hebei's 25 colleges and universities to investigate. This study used the questionnaire method to carry out the research into Hebei colleges and universities PE teacher's sense of teaching efficacy, job lassitude and self-esteem. There are 400 copies of questionnaires in total, and 355 copies were recycled, so the coefficient of the recovery was 88.75 %; 318 copies of questionnaires were rejected as invalidity questionnaires. PE teachers for 145(86 males, 59 females), non-PE teachers for 173(107 males, 66 females), the coefficient of recovery was 79.5 %.According to t investigation and study, we have the conclusions as follows:(1) The PE teacher of universities in Hebei have a lower general sense of teaching efficacy, and their personal sense of teaching efficacy is better than the general sense of teaching efficacy; married PE teachers have a better general sense of teaching efficacy than unmarried teachers, while the theory of PE teachers are better than the practice of PE teachers; personal sense of teaching efficacy in male is better than the female PE teachers; PE teachers increased their sense of personal teaching efficacy according to their titles.(2)There is no significant difference in the general sense of teaching efficacy and teaching efficacy between non- PE teachers and PE teachers, PE teachers are better than non-PE teachers in the sense of personal teaching efficacy. (3) At present, the whole level of the PE teachers'job lassitude isn't serious. It hasn't reached the moderate level yet. But the most common reaction on job lassitude of the PE teachers is the emotional exhaustion, which has already reached the level of moderate.(4) Both non-PE teachers and PE teachers show lower job lassitude in the general situation and have no significant differences in each respect.(5) PE teachers have a higher level of self-esteem, good physical health and mental health, PE teacher's self-esteem increase with the education; there are no significant difference in self-esteem between teachers and PE teachers.(6) There is a significant positive correlation in the sense of teaching efficacy and self-esteem while job lassitude has a negative correlation both in the sense of teaching efficacy and self-esteem. The sense of teaching efficacy and self-esteem is a significant predict variable that shows the PE teachers' job lassitude; the self-esteem may have a regulatory role in the sense of teaching efficacy and job lassitude.
