Learning motivation is the motivating factor which influences one's learning. According to Text of Learning Motivation Diagnose compiled by Mr.Zhou Bucheng coming from Psychology College of East Normal University, the research studies students' learning motivation in Zhengzhou infant normal school from four aspects: success inspiration, examination anxious, self-responsibility, demand level and so on. The aim is to know about characteristics and development law of learning motivation. The results are as following:Most of the students' learning motivation are not very strong but average; Learning motivation of the students coming from infant normal school are below the students' coming from normal colleges and key secondary senior high schools in many dimensions, even from regular secondary junior schools in some features; The development levels about several dimensions of the students' learning motivation are different, the grade disparity is more obvious; There is great sex disparity among some features of students' learning motivation; Grade and sex disparity in learning motivation interplay each other; The relationship between learning motivation and sense of self-efficacy and self-esteem is apparent, self-esteem about learning is the positive source of learning motivation .
