In recent years, with the arrival of new social situation, which involves economic globalization, modernization of education, cultural exchanges, as well as the international value of a pluralistic society, the reform and development of world will focus on the vision of education, more devote to art education, including kindergarten art education. Influenced by all kinds of society factors such as politic, economy, culture and other social factors, kindergarten art education of different countries presents different characteries,and the development of kindergarten art education shows more trend of diversified and nationalization.And the core of culture - cultural values is far-reaching in the development of kindergarten art education.This paper wants to carry out a comparative study about kindergarten art education between China, the United States and Norway in the view of cultural values .In the Introduction, this paper discusses the reasons of the topics, proposes the content based on the related literatures, develops a research framework, clarifies the use of the relevant research methods, expounded the theoretical and practical significance of research.The first chapter analysises and defines the important concepts - "Kindergarten Art Education," "culture" and "cultural values", makes a comb on the kindergarten art education research of China, the United States and Norway to form a research paper on the basic knowledge and grasp.The next three chapters will have a comparative analysis of kindergarten art education in the view of cultural values from three areas - educational goals, educational contents and educational methods, reveal the cultural values of China , the United States and Norway in education goals: in educational goals ,which is mainly reflected differences in the "talent "and" values ";in educational contents, which is mainly embodied in the" knowledge view ";in educational methods, which is in the" concept of children "and" View of the Teacher ".On the basic of exploration into the underlying reasons for the many differences among three countries kindergarten art education, this paper tries to give some reasonable advises, hoping that our country's kindergarten art education will be more rational.
