With the deepening of the reform and opening up, Chinese-foreign cooperation inrunning school is becoming a important form of the higher education.Chinese-foreign cooperation is on the leading edge of external exchanges; thestudents of it get more new things of foreign countries, and get more impacts fromdifferent culture and different value inevitably. Since the conflict of values andconfusion increasing more and more, the value education became a pressing problemthat should be discussed and solved.This article take the Chinese-Canadian education cooperation project of Chongqingtechnology and business university as an example, by means of interview of thestudents, teachers and the administrators, data collection and document analysis tocompare and analyze the differences of value education between Chinese andCanadian, to find some good recommendations to our value education in educationcooperation.This article is trying to find the concepts and connotations of multi-culture, valueeducation, and comparative study, seriously analyzing the positive and negativeeffects that the multi-culture brings to the value education of China, and pointed outthe importance of the strengthening and improving the value education activitiesunder the background of multi-culture.In the cooperation project, by comparing the value education between Chinese andCanadian in the context of multi-culture, on the one hand, we could find that bothChina and Canada have attached great importance to the value education and facedthe challenges of value education under the globalization situation in common. On theother hand, it can be seen that there are more differences on the goals, policies,contents and methods of value education between China and Canada, which should belearned from each other.This article have taken the Chinese-Canadian education cooperation project ofChongqing technology and business University as an example, study the overallsituation, characteristic courses and practical activities of its value education, combinewith the overall situation of Chinese education cooperation in value education,through the deeply analyze to find the common problems of our value education inSino-foreign cooperative education. Analyzed these problems and found its deeplyreasons, we could get out conclusion of this research.In the end, we put forward the enlightenment on our value education of theSino-foreign cooperative education, by six aspects. They are, raise the level of intereston the Sino-foreign cooperative education, increase the enthusiasm and the quality,offer the targeted courses, improve teaching methods, exploit the effective channelsand complete the relevant systems.
