The Study On Interpersonal Trust Relationship In Web-Transaction

With the fast development of the Internet in China, the web-transacting by shopping website has appeared more and more vigorous, so the interpersonal trust has become the base because of the body-absence in web-transaction. This thesis, with the supposition and the one case study, is to discuss how the trust system is formed and developed and also how it is maintained if the trust fails to achieve. On the basis of the research of Luhmann, Giddens, Fukuyama and other scholars', the author talkes about the different forms and structure of interpersonal trust in web-transaction: from initial believe to identical trust. In addtion, how this untrust is caused and its forms, as well as the action strategies to maintain the mutual trust are also discussed in the thesis.Since the web-transaction system is not yet completed and can not be controled, both the buyers and sellers can make the deficiency spontaneously to get the better results. But with the development of our society, the demand of system trust comes out gradually, that is, the demand of law system which is the aim of system trust in future. Therefore, the study, from the angle of sociology, of interpersonal trust in web-transaction here is guiding and worthful, which may help us to find out some value and experiences. Of cause, there is a lot for us to do in constructing a law system trust in web-transaction.
