By unified the candidate's whole network of mobilization in the Linnan's social capital theory model, we found that the members of network including the occupants who occupied a relatively higher status and the occupants who occupied a bridge position which connected different relation. The occupants which embedded in the mobilization network of the candidate were filled in the precipitation of his own experience of the village life, only in the mobilization network of the candidate, they had become a simple symbol of the resources.
