Research About The Network Mobilization From The Perspective Of Social Trust

The spring up of the internet has had a significant impact on all aspects of human life. Network mobilization, the product under the internet influence to human life, is a new kind of social mobilization mode. Compared with the traditional one, it has unique advantages and charms.This paper seated the "Yuan Chuan volunteers" network mobilization case appeared in 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake as a special case to study, using interview and observation as research methods to study the "Yuan Chuan volunteers" from its beginning until now. Based on the analysis about the organization structure and operation mechanism of the "Yuan Chuan volunteers" group, this paper presented four strategies of network strategy:conversion strategy, "demise" strategy, second mobilization and deterrence strategies. Emphatically, this article studied the trust building of network mobilization. Based on the special case study, using trust generation mechanism as theoretical framework, this part presented factors which can affect trust building and divided the trust building in network mobilization into three stages:information receiving, clearing up doubts interactively, and participation. This paper also discussed function of the social trust in the organization process of Internet mobilization, and analyzed the function of the Internet mobilization. In the end, this paper discussed about the monitor measures.The purposes of describing and analyzing the emerging phenomenon of network mobilization is to rich the research content of this field and promote multitude to attention and supervise the network mobilization phenomenon.
