Performance Evaluation Of College Logistics Service Base On Balance Score Card

With the socialization reform of the college logistics,the performance of logistics services to colleges need make a scientific evaluation and assessment is a problem for adapting to the reform and development of college.Base on the analysis performance evaluation of the college logistics group,this paper summed up the problems of the performance evaluation of colleges.In order to improve these problems,this paper innovatively uses the Balanced Score Card performance in order to evaluate college logistics group performance,and the index system is built,then Analytic Hierarchy Process method is used to determine weights of indexes.According to empirical analysis of a certain college,the situation and scientific of the method is proved.
