With long history there are rich theory resources and the hands-on in our educational cultrue.In the backgrounds of the society revolving,the economy revolving below track and the culture transformation,we are facing the serious problem of the ethic because of persuing the nearsightedness benefits of the market economy.As one of the particular practicing maneuver of man,to genuinely achieve the value target-"Till kind",the education has to think about the education vertue and education welldoing in terms of humanity.Because the students' quality is attached to the teachers,and the fomation of teachers' vertue or welldoing is the prerequisite to the students.From this consideration,the thesis tried to study the problem of the ethic spirit of education and the relization of the education vertue.Relating with the Ethics,Education and other subjects' theory,on the basic of education ethic theory of China and the westen countries,at the logical point of discription of the implecation of the education ethic,the framework of the ethic spirit of education,the thesis defined the relization from the education vertue to education welldoing,including the teachers' moral duty,the standerd and the principle of the moral obligation,and in the circumstance of teaching mechanism,institution mechanism and encouragement mechanism,how to relize the transfer the education vertue to the education welldoing.At the same time,after analysing the reasons that some educators'vertue is missed and their behavior is not prescriptive,the thesis researched how to relize the education vertue from the education practice in the condition of the market economy,in order to provide the means to the formation of the teachers'moral quality.
