In recent years,higher education has developed quickly in our country,the university education has become popular gradually,the university increased enrollment.So the peak season of graduation has come.Recently the employment system of "the two-way selection" as well as the "held the certificate before take up a job" system in various industries has been carried out. The stem employment situation caused quite many undergraduate to realize the crisis.Therefore, the phenomenon of "certificate craze" spreads gradually in university campus of our country.Now, the university students take certificate examination increasingly fiercely,it has already taken an important part in undergraduate's study and life.This research aims at the "certificate fever" in undergraduate and takes three universities in Chongqing for example.I adopted questionnaire survey,interview,literature analysis as methods and so on in the sophomore and senior and interview in the end-user to show the influence between "certificate fever" and the employment of undergraduate It has mainly been divided into the following several parts to conduct the research in the article:First,focusing on the literature again,it discovered the certain relation and influence between "certificat craze" and the employment of undergraduate.On the while,it establish the cultural capital theory in the educational sociology as the theory direction to start with,it also unified in the economics of education human capital theory.Second,it is the concrete fulfillment of the research.I start the study according to the number of undergraduate who take certificate examination,the situation of the training classes,the goal of taking certificate examination and the balance between taking certificate and study,undergraduates' understanding of the employment condition.The particular case of the plan about Career.,the end-user's attitude towards undergraduates' employment.The cognition of employer to "certificate craze",a series of concrete social questions that "certificate fever" brings and so on.Third,according to the investigate above discuss the further reason of "certificate crzae" in undergraduate.Mainly from these aspects to analysis:the society,the university and undergraduate themselves."certificate craze" in the undergraduate is a phenomenon which is caused under many kinds of reasons and the contradictions' impact.It also has great relations to the difficulty in getting a job.Fourth,from above analyzes,we can obtains the relations between the undergraduates taking certificate and the employment.we can not neglect that the "multi-certificates" take an important function in find a job.But holding many certificates do not represent that one has the advantage in finding jobs.Undergraduates' own development and the Employer's request to them finally reflect in their synthesizing ability.In turn,employment also has the guidance function to the certificate taking.Now,although many undergraduate can correctly realize the importance of professional course study,but this understanding is also at the very fuzzy frail stage.It is easily to follow others blindly.Fifth,we should attempt to guide the undergraduate to treat the "certificate craze" sanely from the aspects of enhancing the Plan about Career of undergraduate,adjusting the relations between certificate craze and study and increasing their synthesizing ability.
