In recent years, the higher Education in China has been developing rapidly. Our country came in a popularization era of Higher Education in 2002. Therefore college and university graduates were hard to apply for jobs and they would have to do lower work, even if they had higher abilities. The phenomenon becomes serious. Graduates are valuable wealth and important forces in constructing socialism modernization. In this regard, graduates employment is not their personal question. It is related not only to the survival and development of colleges and universities, but also to future and destiny of country. So it has very important sense to do employment guidance education of college and university students better. I summarize former research production by referring to a lot of information. Then I use self-regulating investigation of undergraduate employment anticipation and their opinions of employment guidance work of colleges and universities to investigate 980 students from seven colleges and universities in Henan province. On the basis of these data, I describe and analyze deeply undergraduate employment anticipation and their opinions of employment guidance work of colleges and universities.There are a few discoveries in undergraduate employment anticipation. The first is that most undergraduates' guesstimate to employment situation tends to rational. The second is that most of the undergraduates think they can coordinate between specialty and job on the basis of reality. The third is that most undergraduates' employment intentions are more pragmatic than before. The fourth is that most undergraduates are going to exchange their jobs in five years. The fifth is that most undergraduates don't have basic personal career development plan.There are a few discoveries in undergraduates' opinions of employment guidance work of colleges and universities. The first is that employment guidance work of colleges and universities is out of line with the need of undergraduates. The second is that undergraduates are lack of initiative in communicating with employment guidance centre in colleges and universities. The third is that some undergraduates can't accept employment guidance course. The fourth is that undergraduates have lower opinion of employment guidance teacher. The fifth is that short range and lack of employment information are the most important problems in employment guidance work of colleges and universities, in undergraduates' opinion.This paper contains six parts. The first part is the introduction, and it mainly introduces the study background of the task, its study importance and study methods. The second part is summary, and it contains former study of employment anticipation and employment guidance. It emphases the history of employment guidance, its actuality, its issue and suggestion to perfect employment guidance work. The third part explains the relevant concept and the theory of the study. The fourth part describes the design principle of the questionnaire and its actualization. The fifth part is the analysis and comparison of the results. The sixth part is the last part. It brings forward government work, college and university work and personal work in perfecting graduate employment guidance work. These works is on the basis of former information and questionnaire results.
