Inductive education is the key aspect for teacher's professional development,which plays the connecting role.In China,inductive education for beginning teacher is still in the relatively weak situation.There are many problems when it is carried out.Researchers pay less attention to inductive education in ethnic minority areas.Based on Knowles's theory of andragogy,this study takes Danba County as an example to discuss these questions:how to be carried out now in ethnic minority areas, what the current problems are and how to be carried out in the future.Literature method and survey method are the main methods in this study.Beginning teachers in Danba County are trained by province,state,county and school.This four-level inductive education pattern is widely used in china.The adult characteristics of new teachers and the specificity of Danba are ignored when inductive education is carried out in Danba County.Firstly,it lacks pertinence in content,which leads to the fracture between supply and demand.Secondly,there exists formalism in pre-job training.There are some defects in the activity of "old teacher mentoring".That is,the lack of abundant time,standard appointment of instructor, stimulation system,scientific method and comprehensive content.Besides,other inductive education forms which can reflect and use characteristics of Danba also lack.Thirdly,the adult psychological characteristics of beginning teacher are overlooked in the method of inductive education.Fourthly, there are one-sided contents,single evaluator and formalism in the evaluation of inductive education.The reasons to the above problems:Firstly,the inductive education pattern of Danba County which is widely used in other Han areas has many drawbacks in system.Secondly,the inductive education pattern which is widely used in other Han areas is not applicable for Danba County.The study tries to establish a new inductive education pattern for beginning teachers of primary and secondary schools in Danba County.That is the pyramid pattern of three levels formed of province-state,county-school and teacher.There are three advantages in the new pattern:Firstly,the inductive education for beginning teacher should meet the needs of special social and educational environment in Danba County.Secondly,School-based training should be the main body of inductive education for beginning teachers of primary and secondary schools in Danba County. Thirdly,self-education and self-need of beginning teacher should be emphasized.Meanwhile,the three aspects should be also the three principles followed by the implementation in the inductive education of beginning teachers of primary and secondary schools in Danba County.In the specific implementation levels:Firstly,considering the demand of both sides,the contents of inductive education should be chosen carefully.Secondly,school-based training should be the main body,and some new forms with the local characteristics should be developed.Thirdly,the method of inductive education should be fit for the learning characteristics of adult.Fourthly,the evaluation system of inductive education should be improved from the two aspects:the evaluation to the effectiveness of inductive education and the evaluation to beginning teacher.
