Teachers are key power of education development.So,high-quality teachers are essential condition for the development of education.Professional development of teachers is considered as a sustained and dynamic process because of the lifelong learning concept and integrative development of teacher education.With the development of teacher education,new teachers' inductive education,which joined the preservice and the post-service education,is the weakest part of the whole teacher education system.Therefore,it is highly focused by experts in education area.The entry stage is not only an very important stage of a teacher's professional development process,but also an especially important part of teacher education.This paper sketches the current situation of new teachers' inductive education in Dongsheng,Odors.New teachers' inductive education is analyzed from the theoretical level,and related questionnaire survey has been done.According to the information of the survey,the author investigates and analyzes the existing problems of the new teachers' inductive education.Moreover,several suggestions are given to complete the system of teachers' inductive education in DongshengThe new teachers' inductive education in Dongsheng district adopts the form of pre-job training which organized by the competent department in charge of education and school-based training.Through investigation and study,it is found that there are three problems in new teachers' inductive education in Dongsheng.1.the content of training is heavy on theory and light on practice.It is not targeted,and has a great contrast with the real demand of new teachers.2.the training mode of induction education is single.Pre-job focused training is mainly taught,and it is difficult to arouse the interest and concern of new teachers.Mentoring is the main way in The school-based training of new teachers and mentoring teachers are appointed with few standard.Instruction content and method are not clear,evaluation is not complete.3.The lack of evaluation.It includes two aspects: the effectiveness of the induction education and the evaluation of the new teacher himself.Main Reasons for the problems mentioned above is policy lag,incomplete policy content and the deviations of policy implementation;secondly,organizer and implementer do not understand it deeply;new teachers don't pay enough attention and huge workload.All these discount the effect of new teachers' inductive education.According to the problems and causes in new teachers' inductive education in Dongsheng,the author give several suggestions in formulating management measures,developing Odors characteristics curriculum,strengthening security measures,establishing a reasonable incentive mechanism,perfecting guidance teacher system and expanding vocational education ways.It is hoped that there will be help and enlightenment for the new teachers' inductive education in Odors.
