The first few years of a teacher’s career is the transition for him from a student to a teacher, it is also a key to the adaptation to a teaching professional job. The teaching quality of beginning teachers is a cause for concern while the teaching instruction work of beginning teachers is not perfect.Many studies of beginning teachers in teaching instruction theory and strategy at home and abroad are not necessarily applied to our local schools. In such a case,this paper is to work out some strategies and methods to improve the instructing mechansim of beginning teachers by investigating the current situations.This thesis is divided into three parts:The first part is an introduction, mainly describes the research background and the significance. The research contents and methods in this paper are introduced and the core concepts is defined.The second part is a literature review of the research theories and current conditions at home and abroad about teaching guidance to beginning teachers.The third part is an investigation of the current situation in beginning teacher’s inductive teacher education and an analysis of some problems concerned. In this part, the questionnaire survey and interviews are applied to investigate and analyze the current state of the teachers in teaching guidance and the opinions of beginning teachers, the academic advisors and the competent teaching principals towards inductive teacher education. The results and the analysis show that the major problems and shortcomings of the current inductive teacher education towards beginning teachers are as follows: the inductive teacher education is lack of systematic plans, the pertinence and the interactivity of the inductive teacher education is not strong, the tutorial system is not perfect and the inductive teacher’s education is not persistent.The fourth part is to perfect and improve the working mechansim of inductive teacher education towards beginning teachers. In view of the results ofthe investigation, some strategies and methods are worked out to improve the working mechanism of inductive teacher education, mainly as follows: establish special task teams to work in inductive teacher education, mainly as follows:establish special task teams to work in inductive teacher education, make clear of the responsibilities, set up data files of beginning teachers, set up systematic plans on inductive teacher’s education, set up a direct censorship mechanism and perfect the tutor system.
