The teaching mode is an important factor in the teaching process which has an influence on the teaching quality and produces an effect on the development of the students' creative ability.The new round elementary education curriculum reform propose that the students' study mode and teachers' teaching mode should be transformed.Although the learning mode is a fundamental change in the reform of the teaching mode,in the actual teaching process, teachers' teaching mode often determines the students' learning mode,so the teaching mode reform in this study fails on the reform of the teachers' teaching mode.based on these,this article interprets the teaching mode as the teaching understanding mode(the teaching thinking mode) and the teaching behavior mode which is instructed by the instruction understanding mode.with the aid of the emerging complex science,this research studies the reform of the teaching mode.according to the complex science thinking mode,this research separately elaborates the transformation of the teaching thinking mode and the adjustment of the teaching behavior mode.the reform of the teaching thinking mode includes four changes:the linear thinking towards the non-linear thinking,the returning thinking towards the whole thinking,the incarnate thinking towards the relation thinking and the static thinking towards the process thinking.The adjustment of the teaching behaviors includes the dynamic design of the instruction,the flexible implementation of the teaching,the arranging management of the classroom and the fuzzy evaluation of the students.The thesis consists of four parts: The first part is foreword,it explaines the origin and significance of this research,and analyzes the research which has been carried on.The second part interprets the concepts of the teaching mode and complex science,based on the complex thinking mode of the complex science,this article interprets the teaching mode as the teaching understanding mode(the teaching thinking mode) and the teaching behavior mode which is instructed by the instruction understanding mode.in a word,the teaching mode is the teaching thinking mode and the teaching behavior mode.The complex science is not a concrete science and dispersed in many sciences,it is the forded discipline mutually. The reason that it is called the complex science is because its methodology has already surmounted the return to original state theory and its research technique has already surpassed the line of return to original state and analysis method.The third part is to see the reform of the teaching mode according to the complex science. this part applies the thinking mode of the complex science to analyzing the reform of the teaching mode from the teaching thinking mode and the teaching behavior mode in accordance with the concept of the teaching mode.the reform of the teaching thinking mode includes the linear thinking towards the non-linear thinking,the returning thinking towards the whole thinking,the incarnate thinking towards the relation thinking and the static thinking towards the process thinking.The adjustment of the teaching behaviors includes the dynamic design of the instruction,the flexible implementation of the teaching,the arranging management of the classroom and the fuzzy evaluation of the students.The forth part is the guarantee of the teaching reform.The teaching mode transformation is a complex project,because its realization is the interaction between inside and outside.It needs the joint efforts between outsides and teachers,and optimizes the external environment of education,and displays teachers' initiative fully,and realizes the combination between subjective factor and objective factor,and 0unifies the internal cause and the external factor. This part elaborates the optimization of the external environment from the schools and the student' parents and elaborates the promotion of accomplishment from the teachers,in order to provide the guarantee for the teaching mode transformation.
