Staff- Sport Building is always the hot issues among the people in our country.This kind of mass sports is replaced between the work morning-exercise and after work.With the development of the competition of the society,state-owned enterprises face heavy task.Therefore,it is important to do the research of staff-sport in the state-owned enterprises.In the base of reading the papers about the staff-sport,employing the questionnaire,the author does the research and analysis of the state-owned enterprises.The author gets the result about the issue:First,the exercise item of the work is direct connection with place equipment and so on.Second,the adjusted relaxed of the worker,which is managed by enterprises,is healthy to the workers.Third,reducing the charges of the stadium could develop the chances of the staff exercises.Fourth,reinforce the propaganda in the media could develop the interests of the work and promote the development of the exercise.Fifth,in Chongqing,the enthusiasm of the exercise among workers is not well and most of them absence the conscious of consumption about exercise.
