The school specialized development of teachers is the process of acquiring the professional skills,renewing knowledge,practicing professional autonomy and improving the self-quality and ability of innovation.In the teaching career,the school specialized development of teachers is to have a foothold with sense,culture,institution and circumstance,etc.The teachers' common value orientation and behavior pattern is contained in the school culture,and it makes the teachers' professional developments under the command of school culture,which guides the direction of teacher's professional development,and rules the management system,organizations,and regulations of the university.The hardware facilities,such as buildings,equipments, greening and beautifying which provides good external conditions can promote and edify the teachers' professional developments.The value orientation,the style of teaching,the style of study and the school spirit also influence the teacher's professional development.So,it's the very goal that university puts teachers' requirements and developments up to the primacy in its culture-building strategies,which needs to provide more various conditions and spaces,and offer more spiritual or material advantages to the teachers' living conditions.The teachers are the subject of school culture building,their professional level effect how and when we build the school culture,and determine the connotation and grade of the culture building,even the speed of development course of the culture building.This article based on the words above discusses how to build the shool culture during the course of teachers' professional development with putting eyes on ChongQing University of Arts and Sciences.
