Since the 1980s, with the thoroughly study on the teachers'professional development, teachers'culture, which is taken as teacher professional development intrinsic motivation and the spiritual strength, has entered into the field of researchers'sight. And, as people has realized that communication and cooperation among teachers was important to teachers' professional development, teachers'collaborative culture construction has become the reforming trends of teachers'culture, and has become an important promotive power in the process of teachers'professional development. However, presently, among primary school teachers, cooperation is also not in a good condition, and the performance of it is of a rigid, mechanical feature. Teachers are isolated in the work, and the professional development in a certain degree is of restriction. This study is on the perspective of teacher professional development, discussing the construction'strategy of teacher collaborative culture of primary school, and providing certain cooperation practice guidance to build collaborative culture atmosphere, to promote primary school teachers'professional development.This study mainly includes the following four parts.First, the introduction. In this part, it mainly uses documentation method, and bases on the analysis of the literature, carding the present situations of the teacher collaborative culture and the teacher professional development, and identify the research entry points and directions for study. At the same time, it introduces the significance of the research and research method of this paper.Second, the theoretical interpretation of teachers'collaborative culture and teachers' professional development. In this part, I define the term of teachers'professional development, teachers'culture, teachers'collaborative culture, discusses the relationship between them, and clarifies teachers'collaborative culture is an important path to promote teachers'professional development.Third, the present situation of investigation and analysis of teachers'collaboration in primary schools. Teacher collaborative culture construction is based on the fully understanding of the current situation of teachers'collaboration in primary schools. In part of present situation investigation, the author mainly uses questionnaire survey method and interview method. Through the investigation of the present situation of primary school teachers'collaboration, the author found that the current teacher collaborative culture of primary school is deficient, and analyzes the reasons of the situation from three aspects:the teacher, the headmaster and the school system.Fourth, construction strategy of primary school teachers'collaborative culture. It mainly includes three aspects:to promote the consciousness of teachers, to provide a good environment atmosphere and to improve school management system.
