"Human-Oriented" educational current that is produced in the humanist sport,and it is also a new realm of the contemporary international educational research and has become a main trend in current educational development around the world.In educational activities,teachers should put their attention the children's development.Therefore must be "people-oriented" to establish the dominant position of the classroom teaching management.The aim of "human-oriented" education is to seek democratic,equal and the education that make students all-round developed.First of all,in educational practice,there is the phenomenon that urns counter to "human-oriented" educational concept in our country currently.Today,the new curriculum reform has been going on for 8-year,the English teaching of the primary and secondary school still is weakest.Although the successful experience has been accumulated,the practical effect of classroom management is not optimistic.Through my research is on the primary school English class,and analysis it,the actual management of the primary English classroom has some problem. Following:unequal relationship between teachers and students,teachers themselves have no high quality,the needs of students' personality development neglected,etc.These problems are still in the difficult situation.This led us to rethinking of the primary English classroom teaching management from a new perspective.Secondly,in the classroom teaching management under the "human-oriented" education,the idea is "human-oriented","student-oriented",to establish the concept of "student-centered" management.Teaching should break the traditional dignity of the teaching profession of management in the classroom teaching management.Mangers should be good at listening to the voice of the others,and build the idea of the patient and service-oriented for the people.So,this study puts "human-oriented" education into the classroom management,and "human-oriented" classroom management has the theoretical basis.At the same time,the use of "human-oriented" concept should solve the practical problems of the classroom management.This research has first explained the objective background.The basic concept which the education of "human-oriented' proposed the theoretical foundation.Through class-observation, interviewing teachers and studying the literatures,we found some problems about the classroom teaching management of the English primary school,and analyze these issues.And based on "human-oriented" educational concept,there are three requirements about the classroom teaching management:harmonious relationship between teachers and students,the pluralism of the teacher's role,the "human-oriented" concept on management.So,teachers must set up the idea of "student-oriented" and make students all-round personality developed,try to further reform classroom teaching management,make sure all students take part in learning and get some knowledge from it.Lastly,according to "human-oriented" concept of the requirements,it also promotes four major strategies:behavior management and psychological management both are important strategy,improve the teachers' the ability to the classroom teaching management to run the democratic management strategy,strengthen students' self-awareness to strengthen students' self-manage strategy,focus on individual development to run difference-manage strategy.
