As a sort of special culture formed by manifold educational factors and their interaction in primary school class,classroom culture of primary school not only affects the progress of pupils,the teaching quality of teachers,but also is referred to the ups and downs of schooling,or even the success or lost of the New Curriculum Reform for primary schools.This study proceeded from the basic understanding of classroom culture of primary school, definituded its connotation and feature,fabric and factor,and then consulted relevant literature,put up field survey,class observation and case study,analyzed the condition of substance,spirit, institution and behavioural environment in primary school class,revealed the problems and causes of classroom culture at the present time.Afterwards,aimed at the characteristics of pupils and particularity fo primary school teaching,integrating the practical exploration experience,discussed the principles and strategies of classroom culture construction in primary school which is pupils-oriented and fit for New Curriculum Reform.Eventually,dissertated the condition guarantee of classroom culture construction in primary school.Chapter one:Introduction.It accounts for the cause of topic selection and research significance, defines relevant concepts,reviews literature,puts forward research thoughts and methods,and its focus and difficulty and innovation.Chapter two:Understanding of classroom culture of primary school.To unscramble classroom culture of primary school systematically,definitely expound the connotation and feature of classroom culture of primary school,fabric and factor and its important meaning,make up the deficiency of the existing researches which were limited to common classroom culture.Chapter three:The problems of current classroom culture in primary school.To emphasize particularly on value pursuit,classroom management,interpersonal relation,teaching process and classroom assessment,aim to illustrate the chronic illness of traditional classroom culture,moreover, point out the blundering and out-of-order status resulted from misunderstanding the concept of New Curriculum Reform.Chapter four:reflection on the problems of current classroom culture in primary school.To clarify the influence of the concept of New Curriculum Reform on classroom culture in primary school,demonstrate the deviation of teaching idea and behavior because of misunderstaning the the concept of New Curriculum Reform.Chapter five:Practical exploration of classroom culture construction in primary school.It mainly discusses the guilding ideology,theoretical basis,practical principles and strategies of classroom culture in primary school which is pupils-oriented and fit for New Curriculum Reform.To strive to work out the following contribution and innovation:first,based on the class examples of the author herself taught in primary school,national famous teachers of a special classification and other teachers,to abstract and reflect,integrate and innovate the teaching experience of the author herself and the others,in the hope of breakthrough the bondage of classroom culture in primary school in its implementation,so as to come to expected target with theoretical support and in accord with classroom teaching practice that can instruct the fore-front teachers in their teaching;second, established in the soil of primary school classroom,to raise strategies for classroom culture construction in primary school which answer for the characteristic of primary school and with maneuverability,for the sake of offering theoretical guidance and practical reference for teachers,in order to optimize classroom teaching and promote teacher professional development;third,to further defecate teacher' blurry understandin,correct teacher' deviation of conception and action for New Curriculum Reform,so as to intensify teacher' proper understanding and implementation for the concept of New Curriculum,so that help teachers implement New Curriculum Reform successfully.Chapter six:The condition guarantee of classroom culture construction in primary school.As mentioned above,the circumstance and condition guarantee consists of three aspects:to formulate policies and institutions successfully,to optimize teaching staff and to exploit and utilize diversity resources.
