At the National Education Conference held in 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that education is the foundation of building a country and the foundation of a strong country.It is the key for my country to move from a country with human resources to a country with human resources.Teachers carry the important task of shaping the soul,shaping life,and shaping newcomers.In 2020,the Ministry of Education officially issued the "Opinions of the Ministry of Education and Other Eight Departments on Further Stimulating the Vitality of Primary and Secondary Schools".The document particularly emphasizes the need to fully stimulate the education and work enthusiasm of teachers.Teachers' educational feelings and work enthusiasm are closely related to teachers' vitality.In schools,the performance of energetic teachers is obviously different from that of less energetic teachers: energetic teachers often have full enthusiasm,strong responsibility,and a good mental state.They enjoy their work and can find happiness in their work;while teachers with insufficient energy look laziness,lifelessness,and no development vision,They live without goals.They have a profound impact in education.Therefore,paying attention to the group vitality of teachers and further enhancing the vitality of teachers can promote teachers' professional development and guide teachers to change from "other self" to "myself".Thus,this research will base on the vitality of primary and secondary school teachers,construct a vitality indicator system for primary and secondary school teachers,explore the current status of teacher vitality performance around the dimensions of teacher vitality,analyze the factors restricting teacher vitality,and provide suggestions for improving teacher vitality from multiple dimensions.At present,scholars have paid attention to the issue of education vitality and school vitality,but the overall results are relatively small.As for the research on teacher vitality,the concept has not yet been clearly defined.This research will start with clarifying the connotation of the vitality of primary and secondary school teachers,and use the Delphi method to construct the dimensions of teacher vitality-Capability,Development,Vitality,and Creativity.Based on the "Four Forces",the teacher's vitality indicator system will be further structured through expert consultation and teaching seminars.Next,complete the self-compiled questionnaire "Questionnaire for vigorous performance of primary and secondary school teachers" through the teacher vitality indicator system,and conduct a survey of 1136 teachers in30 provinces and 124 cities across the country through an electronic questionnaire,and use SPSS25.0 to complete the data coding and analysis process.In order to obtain deeper information with the help of the interview method,a total of 13education-related personnel were interviewed to understand the current status of the vitality performance of primary and secondary school teachers.The study found that the current overall performance of teachers' vitality is remarkable,but the performance of teachers' vitality differs significantly,which is mainly reflected in the five aspects of school level,teaching age,professional title,identity and region.Based on teacher vitality survey results and interview data,explore the factors that limit teachers' vitality performance.The author summarized and found that we can start with the organizational environment,teachers themselves,and multiple hidden factors,and analyze the factors that affect the release of teachers' vitality from the point and the surface combined with specific performance.In response to the problem,explore effective ways to release and enhance the vitality of teachers,draw nourishment from teachers' internal consciousness,school culture construction and social support,and help teachers improve their vitality.
