Morality, as a yardstick, is usually used to evaluate others. University students are a special group with deeply knowledge, whose moral development has been naturally concerned by people. There are many researches about China university students' morality in recent years, but university moral education is still faced with lower effectiveness. In fact, there exist many serious misreading tendencies on the evaluation of university students' moral behaviors. Therefore, we should rethink whether moral evaluation idea and criteria are out-of-date or not, rather than continue to find out more unethical behaviors by traditional moral standards. If we just critic university students morality, which is not only hinder their normal physical and mental development, but also influence the effectiveness of school moral education.In order to carry out university students' moral education more effectively, this thesis pays much attention to these misunderstanding about contemporary college students' moral evaluation in our country, and not assesses of moral development level. Moreover, the thesis has shown that there is a tendency to misunderstand college students' morality in people's evaluation process, e.g. evaluation criteria is not accord with the time, moral concept is ambiguity, and evaluation result is not objective. Therefore, a lot of reasons caused many persons' misunderstanding: they give highly moral expectation on college students; university moral educational concept is generalization, which enlarges moral extension; traditional moral values of our country directly influence moral evaluation; evaluator or researcher's personal moral values are infiltrated to college students' moral evaluation.Moral evaluation has enormous function to restrict ethical behaviors, so we need an objective and fair evaluation to ensure moral evaluation more scientifically moral education and effectively. First, the idea of evaluators' moral evaluation must be changed as the combination of static and dynamic evaluation. Second, moral evaluation standards should keep up with the times. Third, the evaluation process must reflect college students' self-assessment. Finally, the ways of moral evaluation should have scientific and feasible characteristics.
