Teacher-student relation is the most important social relation in school and the carrier to carry out the teaching activities.Junior stage is a special period of shaping individuals and it is because of the specialty of the pedagogy and the educate that makes the teacher-student conflicts take place more easily.How to solve the occurrence of destructive conflicts in junior stage is in favor of both the maintenance of the teacher-student relation,especially to the physical and mental health of the students,and carrying out the pedagogic work smoothly as well as the construction of campus culture.The article describes and analyzes the usual teacher-student relation of junior stage based on the narration to the internal and external study for the purpose of examining the problems and the correspondence strategies by question air,interview and so on.The articles discusses the inner source of teacher-student conflicts and bring up the strategies to relieve and coordinate them so that the teacher-student relation can develop in favorable direction so as to optimize the teacher-student relation and enhance classroom instruction.The usual teacher-student conflicts of junior school tend to be manifested between the boy students and the teachers but not the girl students,between the young or the middle-aged teachers and the students but not the old-aged teachers,and between the formal masters and the students but not informal masters.There are some cognitive deviations to the conflict problems for the teachers and the students that make them shirk responsibility for the reasons that cause the conflict problems. When they face these problems,they may apply improper methods such as extremes and impatience. Secondly,the writer studies the treasons that cause the conflict problems in details from both the theory and the application,and gives the assistant explanation by the use of relevant cases.Lastly, some strategies are put forward to relieve and optimize the conflict problems.To the antagonistic conflicts,the writer proposes to make use of Thomas's conflict management models,that is to apply evasive strategies,compromised strategies,cooperative strategies,compulsive strategies and conform strategies according to different situations.To the general conflicts,the writer proposes concert measures.Teachers should construct modernized educational concepts,exert the role models efficiently.Students should increase self-discipline and adopt a correct attitude to the conflict problems.A school should enhance the psychological guide to the students and bring the school function into full play.The parents should optimize the family life and improve educational abilities.
