High school period is the key to the development of students,high school student at the stage of not totally become mature,high school students have the characteristics of independent of thought,the unlimited potential,unstable emotions and so on.In the process of education and teaching,the teacher in charge of class has the chief responsibility of high school students' growth.In the process of the contact of the high school students and the teacher in charge of class,inevitably,high school students and the teacher in charge of class may come into being some conflicts due to the various kinds of discrepancy between them,the conflicts between high school students and the teacher in charge of class are universal.This paper is based on the investigation of some high schools in Kunming,to explore the status quo?causes and resolving strategies of conflicts between teachers and students in the work of the teacher in charge of class in high school.Through the investigation,it is found that the status quo of teacher-student conflicts in the work of the teacher in charge of class in high school is as follows:high school students and the teacher in charge of class are highly satisfied with the teacher-student relationship;implicit conflicts are the main form of the conflicts;high school students will have conflicts with the teacher in charge of class in various fields such as study and discipline;high school students and the teacher in charge of class hold positive and optimistic views on conflicts;high school students and the teacher in charge of class have a comprehensive and objective understanding of the impact of conflicts;most teachers and students can deal with the conflicts in a rational way.The reasons for the conflicts between teachers and students in the work of the teacher in charge of class in high school include:the external environment change brings shock and impact to the relationship between high school students and the teacher in charge of class;individual factors of teachers and students lead to conflicts;the school's assessment and management of the teacher in charge of class intensified the conflicts.Finally,this article analyses the resolving strategies of conflicts between teachers and students in the work of the teacher in charge of class in high school from four aspects:the actions of the teacher in charge of class;high school students' action suggestions;the school builds good management mechanism;the education management department establishes the standardized training system of the teacher in charge of class.
