The school is the common home of teacher-pupil.In this family,although there are variety relationships,the teacher-pupil relations are the most important.With the changing social environment,this relationship is also quietly changing.In the rural middle school,the students who need more psychological care and more eager to get the teachers' love with their own characteristics.But the contradiction is that they do not want to accept the teachers' “parental” discipline.Teachers are more concerned about students' learning in the teaching process.So it leads to frequent conflicts with teacher-pupil relations,which seriously affect the normal teaching work.This paper focus on the conflict between teachers and students,and explore the conflict situation and reason,to find a way to alleviate the conflicts,which has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.This article uses the questionnaire and the interview method.Through the two rural middle school practice investigation,we found:In the satisfaction of teacher-pupil relations,in the rural middle school,which were satisfied with the whole,but not satisfied with theirs' school.That is the significant differences;In the rural middle school,the conflict between teachers and students are still exist,but not all are negative.Some are constructive conflicts;More than half of the teachers choose to “communication explanation”,and the half of students in the conflict choose to “can be patient for a while,then account for their behavior”.In the survey,we find the reasons of their conflict are “lack of communication between teachers and students,less psychological concern for students”;“poor psychological ability of students”;“lacking of family education”;and “the poor management evaluation system of school”.But in rural middle school,the root cause of the conflict is teachers are not met students' psychological needs,so they tend to choose an inappropriate way to get the attention from teachers.With the problem and reason from the research,basing on the characteristics of rural middle school,our method are concerning on “complete teacher-student communication mechanism which will get a better teacher-student emotion”;“establishing a correct value of the family ”;“established a people-oriented education philosophy,to enhance the sense of happiness in teacher-student”;“ to help them deal with their own conflict”,to build a harmony teacher-pupil relations in rural middle school.
