The hope of Education is based on teachers,the problem of education is teachers how to face their work-lives.The concern of living conditions of teachers is the most fundamental concern. Especially in the new context of the reform of curriculum,teachers are faced with constant conversion of the role to the new curriculum reform,which affect teachers to obtain the occupational well-being.The research selected 220 teachers of middle school in Beibei as the research object,and used synthetically the method of philology,questionnaire,interview and so on. It studied primarily on the situation of occupational well-being in Beibei District of Chongqing; facts of influences of it.And based on this,the article gave some advices to improve their occupational well-being in the new curriculum reform.The major results of this study were as follows:as a whole,the status quo of occupational well-being of middle school teacher in Beibei was not good;occupational well-being of middle school teachers was correlation observable to the region,type of schools;male and female teachers in the occupational well-being do not exist significant differences,butin most factors,the male teachers were more happy;the occupational well-being of those teachers who have worked less that one year and worked more than thirty years were comparatively stronger.There were no significant differences in occupational well-being between middle school teachers of different subjects.The well-being of Backbone teachers at the various factors were higher than that of ordinary teachers.Receptivity to curriculum,the supportive environment of new curriculum reform,the requirement of new curriculum reform to teachers and teachers' individual growth in new curriculum reform had significant correlation with the occupational well-being of teachers; teachers were not satisfied with the supportive environment of new curriculum reform.In the new context of the curriculum reform,the major reasons that affected occupational well-being of teachers were as follows:receptivity to the curriculum reform,teacher professional development and students' growth,the understanding and supporting from parents and society, school management,campus atmosphere,evaluation system of new curriculum reform. Occupational well-being of middle school teachers at work changes according to some rules, all these facts contribute to gaining occupational well-being:the supportive environment of new curriculum reform should be perfected to enhance the receptivity;promoting teachers' professional development to improve the ability to cope with the curriculum reform;increasing psychological quality to adjust bad emotions.
