This paper uses the training mode of combination of vibration training and Weight-Loading training to analyze the influence of Weight-Loading vibration training on the lower limb muscle strength and sports ability of Young Sprinters. In this study,20 male sprinters aged 16-18 years in Jilin sports school were selected as the experimental subjects. They were divided into eight weeks of Weight-Loading vibration training and traditional strength training. The peak moment and peak power of the lower limb joint under three angular velocity conditions(60 °/ s,180 ° /s,300 ° /s)were measured by isokinetic force measuring instrument, and the level of lower limb explosive force was evaluated by CMJ test. The results show that:5.1 the peak moment of hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint of athletes in the experimental group under three test conditions were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment(P < 0.05),and significantly better than those in the control group using Weight-Loading training(P < 0.05),indicating that the eight week Weight-Loading vibration Training has a more obvious effect on the growth of the maximum strength and explosive force of the lower limbs of sprinters.5.2 under the three test conditions, the HQ ratio of the flexor and extensor groups of the athletes in the experimental group was significantly increased(P < 0.05),which indicated that eight weeks of Weight-Loading vibration training could effectively improve the imbalance of lower limb joint muscle strength.5.3 the peak power of extensor group and the peak torque of flexor group increased significantly(P<0.05).The results showed that after 8 weeks of Weight-Loading vibration training, the centrifugal working ability of muscle was improved.5.3 the CMJ test scores of athletes in the experimental group were significantly improved before the experiment(P<0.05),the relative peak force(n/kg)and the rapid strength index(n/s·kg)were significantly increased than before the experiment(P < 0.05),indicating that the eight week Weight-Loading vibration training improved the performance of athletes.
