Purpose:After standing balance disturbed by external disturbance, the body according to the variable of the disturbance, the direction responses to balance controlling.Not only can the study on the program provide the balancing function of patients with injury recovery with certain scientific theoretical guidance, but also for healthy people who falls in the monitoring can provide certain theoretical support. This study tests on balance existing differences between the two groups of balance disturbance.From the perspective of biomechanics,after the two groups standing balance disturbed by external disturbance during posture control and balance the recovery process, it analyzed related degree of muscle activation time, activation, lower limb hip, knee, ankle joint Angle change and two groups of lower limb muscle strength,compared the effect of lower limb muscle strength balance to the human body, and differences between the two groups of muscles in the process of position control and balance recovery mobilization and outward movement patterns.Methods:We recruited 26 males of sports science department of Shanghai sports college students,and chose recruited participants accordingly according to the experimental requirements.According to the experimental group eventually 20 subjects were joined in this experimental study.According to the right leg standing with closing their eyes long divided into two groups.Each group is of 10 people. The one on one leg standing with closing eyes is longer than 30 s into long group.The one on one leg standing with closing eyes is longer than 30 s into short group.One leg standing with closing their eyes last 55.2 ±12s for long group.One leg standing with closing their eyes last 12.4±5.1s for short group. During the experiments, the swing shot(4kg) in the release of 20 cm from the ground height impacts on sliding platform and participants were asked to stand in natural mobile skateboard, on sides of both hands nature, eyes wear goggles, back to the impact direction,after three times, taking the average value.Using Delsys emg acquisition system acquired electrical signals closely related to human body standing waist section of shaft sma, glutes, biceps and gastrocnemius medial gastrocnemiuslaterally, rectus, vastus lateralis muscle tibialis anterior muscle.Using VICON motion capture system synchronization acquired human disturbance disturbed by a foot three joints of the lower limbs(hip, knee, ankle) kinematic data,and calculated the joint Angle.Using the Visual3 D processing analysis kinematics data, selecting of indicators for hip, knee, ankle joint angle of lower limbs and standardized time,Standardized time start is shotting hit skateboard moment. End- skateboarding is once again the direction speed with zero(positive direction for the shot put the impact direction), and then using CONTREX isokinetic muscle strength test system on three subjects lower limb joints(hip, knee, ankle) muscle torque data collection.Results:1. After the occurrence of disturbance, posture control and balance the recovery processing,the medial gastrocnemius RMS value of subjects of long group is significantly greater than the multi-channel semg short group, and the length electromyographic signal RMS value of the tibialis anterior muscle group was significantly less than the short set.Lumbar segments in group long shaft sma, glutes and gastrocnemius laterally, the biceps femoris muscle rectus, the vastus lateralis muscle of the RMS value of multi-channel semg are slightly smaller than the short group, but there is no statistical difference. 2. After the occurrence of disturbance, posture control and balance the recovery processing, muscle activation time of subjects of long group is shorter than the short group, except the rectus. 3. After the occurrence of disturbance, posture control and balance the recovery processing, compared with short group,lower limb hip, knee, ankle angle peak of subjects of long group show no significant changes,when the participants were long joint Angle range is smaller,and the curve is more mild. 4. There is no significant difference Maximum muscle torque value when test on lower limb hip, knee, ankle.Conclusion:The activating time of lower limb muscle of People with good balance ability is earlier.it shows the sudden balance disturbance can respond more quickly. Lower limb muscle activation time can as a potential indicator of judging normalbalance.The body posture balance after disturbance response showed a relatively stable movement patterns, but people with good balance ability shows better balance control ability.
