Research On The Characteristics Of Leisure Sports Attitude And Behavior Of Professional Women Aging From 26 To 55 In The Part Of Beijing City Zones

With the advent of leisure time and the improvement of people's living standards, to spend a reasonable leisure time has become a symbol of modern civilized lifestyle. As the other half of the human society, woman, who can not be ignored, is an important part of building a well-off society and a harmonious society. However, there is still a gap and inequality between male and female. The social status of women in our country is significantly improved in the 21st century, and the development of women's leisure sports has entered an unprecedented good period of time. It is essential that we seize this developmental opportunity, make the professional women as a breakthrough point, make the leisure sports as the main media, change the traditional role of the society under the initiative of public opinion and improve women's status in the field of leisure.The study used the methods of literature, questionnaire surveys, compare and mathematical statistics, and researched the attitude and behavior characteristics to the leisure sport of the career women in different age stages from four urban districts of Beijing and then made a comparative analysis with them. The purpose is to make clear the real status of the leisure sport of the career women in urban area of Beijing, and to compare the attitude and behavior to the leisure sport of them in different age stages and analyze the difference and impact factors. Finally, we will provide targeted recommendations as the basis and reference to the decision of the relevant department.The results show that: career women in Beijing have a high level of education and income. There are 83.3% of career women in this research consider that there are pressures on their own lives, and they often have senses of fatigue and physical decline, and it also shows that their leisure time gradually increases and their domestic work time gradually reduces. The interest and participation purpose to the leisure sport are different among the career women of different profession, different age stages, different education level and different income, there are different degree of widening and deepening in understanding level, and also, with the school physical education, these five factors impact the form of their positive attitude to leisure sport. There are difference among the career women in the choosing of the time, place, subject and organization of leisure sport. Most of them still go to park, free places beside the street or around the community at unfixed time, and gradually transfer to the inner-room consumption; the younger, the greater the volume of activity and the more the item of activity, and also have increased the collective item with her friends or colleagues.52.2% of them stopped to take part in the activities for the restrain of inconvenient and to be afraid of trouble in the gestation; enhancing the constitution and losing weight were put the first place; and 52.7% of them chose to take activities when the children could take care of themselves.Aiming at the objective and subjective factors constraining its development, the study made the following recommendations: relevant government departments should enhance the policy constitution and guidance; Local department at all levels emphasis on education, propaganda and guidance work, and the implement of the concrete method; the society strengthen the support, and school, public opinion and media, the organization of leisure sport service, enterprises and institutions should enhance and improve the carrying out of the leisure sport activities; reinforcing the constructions of the leisure sports venues mainly served the females; the females should improve their synthetically quality entirely form the aspect of thinking, knowledge, skills, and practical actions.
