The Research On Leisure Education For Career Women In The Context Of Lifelong Education

The thesis takes the career women from insurance companies in Hangzhou as example, explores the leisure education for career women.From the investigation,we know that the features of career women's leisure activities is colorful, amusing,having the feature of their own city and feminizing,diverse leisure value experience; Career women hope they will have more personal leisure time,and they wish their partners, family members and the society can support and guide them. And through the further dicussion, we also find that different kinds of factors which influence the quilty of career women's leisure life mainly include:economic factor,leisure time,popular culture and mass medium, leisure places,the partners,the family members,personal educational level, the psychological set, the orientation of gender role,the external cognitive style of cause-finding,the contents of leisure activties choice. Based on the above analysis and discussion on the investigation,the thesis proposes a frame for developing leisure education for career women in the context of lifelong education: Firstly, to advance the leisure education into the regular education ,irregular education and community education of our country's education system; Secondly, to add the leisure time for the career women,and to ensure their equitable income and proper rights and interests; Thirdly,to develope the leisure industry and culture to conform the features of their own cities; Fourthly,to set up relevant organazations,and cultivate instructors of leisure education to guide the career women's leisure life; Fifthly,to promote the popular culture and guide the career women to use the mass medium correctly; Sixthly,to amplify the leisure spaces,and the community should play a very important role in guiding the career women's leisure life; Seventhly,to shape the career women's ideal role of gender, and the partners,family members and other social people support them to take part in the leisure life; Eighthly, to change the career women's value of leisure time and to form their notion of modern life.
