School-based curriculum for teachers in the school,and on the premise that the implementation of the national curriculum and local course,according to the local social and economic development,and the specific situation of traditional and advantages,and the students' interests and needs for the development of the selection or the course.Based on constructivism learning theory of basic elements - "environment","cooperation" and "conversation",this paper intends to develop hengshui local characteristics of art of school-based curriculum.The cultural resources in hengshui area,development,and improve students' art school-based courses for local cultural heritage,culture and art of hometown ambition.This is based on art schools in hengshui city to do the art of school-based curriculum development and implementation of integrated curriculum evaluation.As the development plan and teaching cases,more conducive to improving the local art teachers' teaching level, curriculum awareness and curriculum development ability,make the students accept education knowledge skill,and paying more attention to the innovative spirit and practice ability,promoting school-based curriculum construction and management team training.The research on the art teaching practice has certain theoretical guidance and reference.This is based on the characteristics of local arts school-based curriculum development and practice to explore the development of school-based curriculum examples of purpose, principles and implementation,value and the existing problems.Text mainly divides into three parts,the first part discusses the concepts of school-based curriculum and the development of school-based curriculum in art major theoretical basis, constructivism learning theory,the second part describes the situation in hengshui city elementary school fine arts courses relevant investigations and analysis of the development of school-based curriculum in fine arts in details.The third part focuses on the development of school-based curriculum in art of further thinking. Art education as the foundation course is an important part of the course of the development of school-based curriculum,become the important content of the new curriculum reform.In this school for school-based curriculum courses,it is based on its own conditions and characteristics of independent setting.Art is an important content of the art of school-based curriculum education,Request the art teacher combine teaching practice and fully exploit local arts education resources.The education on students' initiative innovation consciousness,establish,change the traditional education ideas,stimulate students' initiative and creativity,and cultivate students' humane quality,improve the students' aesthetic ability,the art education into quality education system, improve humanities and artistic quality.
