gymnastics comes from ancient Greek(gynmastike),which means naked.Since the ancient Greeks are many nude physical exercise,so the connotation of the word,including all the activities of physical activity,such as walking,running,jumping,throwing,wrestling, horse riding.Until the 19th century,Europe and the United States there are many new sports projects,only have a "Sports" of this new concept.In a very long period of time,"gymnastics" and "Sports" are synonymous.In 1907 by Mr.Xu Yibing set up the Sports School is referred to as "School Gymnastics." With these questions,this article is intended by the urban areas in Hebei Province school gymnastics teaching status of the investigation carried out a comprehensive analysis of their impact factors To improve the status of school gymnastics teaching rationalization proposals.In this paper,the use of system theory of logical thinking from policy noodle,teaching Noodles,Noodles society,three levels,using literature data analysis,questionnaire,interview, data statistics,the following conclusions:1,Hebei Province,one middle school physical education teachers for the new curriculum standards not know the extent of the value of standards in teaching gymnastics lack of understanding of the curriculum standards in the field of athletic skills required by a one-sided understanding,resulting in a subjective direction on teaching mistakes.2,In Hebei Province to investigate school teachers,teacher's gender,age structure and qualifications to meet the teaching requirements of the basic situation;but there is imbalance between men and women teachers,teacher teams lack of research capability and professional gymnastics teachers;PE teacher job title,income and workload not ratio; teachers take part in training less.3,Hebei middle school gymnastics venue dedicated teaching equipment not required,the relative lack of light equipment. 4,Hebei Province,the prevalence of school gymnastics teaching materials are not in place to implement,gymnastics fewer elements,in addition to teaching basic gymnastics,other gymnastics teaching project is not ideal,from the number of teaching hours,teaching organizations,evaluation methods are fail Students interested in is not high.
