Study On The Influencing Factors Of Physical Education Majors' Achievement Motivation

As one of relatively advanced social motivations, achievement motivation has great significance for personal development and social progress. Recently, college students'achievement motivation gradually attracts people's attention and how to arouse students'learning motivation has been a major concern of educators. To solve this problem, we should first get to know students'needs, motivation as well as the factors which influence students'achievement motivation.Through the study and in-depth analysis of achievement motivation of physical education undergraduates with different grades, majors, sexes and regions in Liaoning normal university, the factors which influence achievement motivation have been found out. On the basis of the careful and comprehensive statistical analysis and a deeper understanding of the influencing factors of the physical education majors'achievement motivation, this paper provides some useful reference for the cultivation and stimulation of college students'learning motivation and puts forward some feasible incentive methods of achievement motivation. As a result, in the process of college education, the educators can adopt corresponding motivation modes to different students who have different achievement motivations and help them lead a happy and fulfilled college life. Besides, according to their own achievement motivation levels, the students can also adjust their goals reasonably, pursue a suitable life development direction, perform the self-motivation and strive for success, which at the same time can promote the harmonious relationship between college teachers and students and enable them to make progress together.
