As an important topic in psychological study, achievement motivation has attracted many domestic and foreign experts and scholars’attention. And many research results also confirmed the achievement motive plays a very important role in the individual achievement behavior.but it also bring the corresponding problems:Since the achievement motivation can influence a person’s achievement behavior, so how to motivate the individual achievement motivation? For this problem, first we should understand the motivation factors which impact students’ achievement. We can conclude that, students’ achievement motivation level will directly affect their academic success and even affect their future life planning and development. In this sense, the study is more targeted and point to the surface heuristic nature.In this paper, using the method of literature, interview method, questionnaire method, the logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method to study and analyze the students’ achievement motivation influencing factors And it will provide theoretical support on guide and cultivate the Chengdu Sport University Department of physical education of students majoring in track and field good achievement motivation. The results showed that:students from rural students’ achievement motivation was significantly higher than students from the towns of students’. The boys’ achievement motivation level was significantly higher than that of girls, boys tend to pursue success on the one hand, while females tend to avoid failure aspects. Only-child students’ achievement motivation existence difference, but the difference was not significant. There is no difference between the third grade university students’ achievement motivation level and the fourth grade university students’ achievement motivation level. The students growing up under the democracy education environment have the highest achievement motivation level, followed by the students’who acceptance the authority education environment. The students growing up under the laissez-faire environment have the lowest achievement motivation level. Students from poor Family circumstances achievement motivation level than the affluent families of students’ achievement motivation is overall the level is high. difficult environment easier to cultivate students’ achievement motivation. Parental education on students’ achievement motivation is not significantly affected, relative to their education level, the subjective initiative of students play more roles.According to the results, I put forward from two aspects of external and internal driving force, in order to provide students achievement motivation training and incentive to make contribution.
