Research On Anxiety Character Of The Aerial Skier Of Chinese National Team

The aerials in freestyle-skiing was formally listed as the national winter event at the beginning of 90s.More than ten years,the aerials have already become our country snow important item and Olympics the advantage item for winning glory.With the development of sports,competition between players becomes increasingly intense,and then the relation between psychological state of competition and players' competition performance is becoming inter-closer. In this paper,the author analyzes the character of competition anxiety of aerial China Team athlete and the relation among competition anxiety,temperament and aerial China Team athletes' competition performance:By the study on this paper,firstly,this research analyzes aerial skiers' characteristics of competitive anxiety,and based on the former research achievement verifies the relation between their characteristics and athletics performance.Furthermore,this thesis deeply studies the relation between temperament and competitive anxiety of aerial skier,probes into the scope of appropriate competition anxiety and suitable temperament pattern.It will offer some basis about psychological training and talent selection by psychology in aerials in our country;some methods of the athlete ego mental state s' regulate and control in competition and training are offered;and also expect it can provide some beneficial references for other item athletes of same item cluster on the anxiety character.The research results present that competition trait anxiety was influenced by athletic rank and competition performance.As a steady thumbprint,trait anxiety was an available index of talent selection by psychology in aerials event;There is notably significance between athletic rank and the state self-confidence;Athletic cognitive state anxiety and the state self-confidence is of significant relevance in competition performance;here is significant difference between athletic landing steadiness and body state anxiety in top competition;Athletic cognitive state anxiety and body state anxiety changes with the level of competition.The aerial skier have mainly sanguine temperament and sanguine mixed temperament,and the both of types occupy the great majority. so temperament pattern is an important index of talent selection by psychology in:freestyle aerials event.There is notably significant difference between com- petition trait anxiety and competition state anxiety,so the author thought that both of them are very important elements during freestyle aerials competition;there is neither relation between competition trait anxiety and temperament pattern in freestyle aerials event,nor relation between competition state anxiety and temperament pattern.Besides,this paper discuss the principle of competition feelings' regulate and control and tactics of controlling mental state pre- competition of the aerial skier of Chinese National Team.
