Research On Anxiety And Temperament Of High Level Women Volleyball Athletes In University In China

Modern volleyball match is the competition among athletes. Psychological aspects greatly influence on athletes'technology ,as the match is becoming more and more fierce. Therefore, psychological treatment plays an important part in the process of the whole practice, while the pre-competition's psychological arrangement and control is a key aspect. It is valued by coaches from home and broad. Anxious level is an important aspect in influencing volleyball-players'psychology. Temperament is an important aspect of personal psychology character , it also influences many aspects of volleyball-players'personal activity. It is valued by the theory and practice of volleyball all the time.This thesis adopted American psychologist Spielberger, who made"State—Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAT)"and"Temperament Inventory"made by Chinese psychologist and professor Chen Huichang . Analyzing high-level women volleyball-players in universities in China. The research shows:(1) State anxiety is obviously connected to pre-competition state anxiety, pre-competition state anxiety is not obviously different from trait anxiety among different ages, but obviously different among sport age and sport experience.(2) State anxiety and trait anxiety show difference among different grounds The state anxiety and trait anxiety level of freemen is greatly higher than other athletes. But second setter's level is obviously lower than others in state anxiety and trait anxiety. There are also great differences between spiker and second spiker.(3)The anxiety score of main force is much than accidental players. Main force's level is much concentrated and constant compared to accidental (4) The pre-competition state anxiety has a certain change trend according to different adversary: some players is overmuch or negative as their partner is weak or strong , going up and down.
